Our story

Friends first. A band since 2016.

Baba Caiman began in Jacksonville when friends from different musical and cultural backgrounds started building one shared sound.

More than a decade later, the idea is still beautifully simple: bring Latin American, Caribbean and North American influences into the same live set—and invite everyone in the room to become part of it.
